كيف تداكر و ما هى المصادر؟؟ MRCS Study Plans & Sources (Arabic Version)

الجزء الثانى من الموضوع وهو عن اسلوب و مصادر المذاكرة





من يصلح للتقدم للأمتحان وما هى الصعوبات و العقبات؟
طبعا اى شخص يصمم على هدف سيحققه ولكن يجب ان تضع فى حساباتك التالى:
1- لعبور الأمتحان تحتاج 3 اشياء و ترتيبها حسب الأهمية: 1- توفيق الله لك 2- الثقة بالنفس (حتى ان لم تكن تعلم ) 3- المذاكرة (وهو الأقل اهمية لا لشىء الا لأن كل المتقدمين للأمتحان يذاكرون والمستوى متقارب)
2- الأمتحان يحتاج الى قدر من المال لا بأس به (مصاريف التقديم و الكتب و ال courses التى قد تحتاجها فى الviva وستحتاجها فى ال clinical بالتأكيد .. على الأقل المراجعة النهائية =simulation or mock) رغم انك اذا قارنته بأى شهادة اخرى فهو ارخص و اسهل و يعقد فى مصر بكل اجزائه.
3- بعد اجتيازك امتحان الجزء الثانى فأمامك مهلة للحصول على الشهادة 3.5 years والا ستبدأ من جديد
4- رغم ان نظام الأمتحان وضع ليحقق العدل و تساوى الفرص فأن البشر يخطئون و يصيبون ومن الممكن ان تواجه بأسئلة غريبة او ممتحنين يبحثون عن اجابات محددة فى خيالهم هم فقط ولكن هذه ليست القاعدة (اذا استعددت بنسبة 100% فبأذن الله قد تنجح بنسبة 90%) وعليك تقبل الرسوب بهدوء فتصلح اخطاءك وتبدأ من جديد و تذكر ان هذا ليس امتحان مصرى (كله بيعدى و السلام)
5- اسلوب تفكيرك يجب ان يتوافق مع اسلوب الأمتحان و الممتحنين وهو shortest way to the point + declare if u do not know + what is common is common
لذلك فأذا كنت هادىء الأعصاب مستعد لتوفير الوقت و الجهد و لن تيأس فى حالة الرسوب لا قدر الله فتقدم للأمتحان (من منا كذلك؟)


مصادر المذاكرة؟
ملحوظة : سيتم عرض صور لأغلفة الكتب فيما بعد . بالطبع لن تذاكر كل هذه الكتب لكن الكتب البالغة الأهمية (التى ذاكرت منها و اثبتت نجاحا) سأكتب بجوارها (must)وفى الجزء الثالث من الموضوع يمكنك تنزيل الملازم التى ستسهل من المذاكرة كثيرا بأذن الله


Part 1:Basic Surgical Principles
Method of study: solve MCQ→ read repeated points from book in brief→ solve more MCQ (solving MCQ is most imp.)
Imp. Note: Study Anatomy hardly (60% of exam)

MCQ books→ download P1 + get latest books by Pastest & solve as u can
Gross Anatomy→ Sameh Doss spotting book OR Fawzy Gaballa OR any book studied in medical school (must)
Clinical Anatomy→ Simmond Q&A (must)+ Ruben Johnson Q & A (must but contains few mistakes) OR Anatomy at glance OR Raftery (as H.E.) OR Harold Ellis (H.E.)
Physiology→ Raftery (must)
Pathology→ Raftery (must)

Part 2: Surgical specialities
Method of study: solve MCQ→ read repeated points from book in brief→ solve more MCQ (solving MCQ is most imp.)

Part 3: Viva (oral)
Method of study: read subject by subject, branch by branch- start by most imp.book then the less imp. (guided by the modified viva study plans (download below) (may need to cut or copy pages then make your own book)

Gross & Clinical Anatomy→ same books used in part1 (Simmonds is most imp.)
Anatomy live illustrations, X-rays, CT, MRI→ McMinn (must)
Operative→ Ali Abassian (must) OR Mokbel
Physiology, ICU, Pathology & Principles of surg.→ 4 Collective books: Malone+ Garner+ Viva tutor+ Hart (must) (+/-) cracking viva,

Part 3: Communication Skills
Method of study: read scheme, many scenarios & rehearse scenarios with college (group study)
Books: studied from Viva Books or course papers

Part 3: Clinical
Method of study: group study 2 or 3 (one play role of patient, 2nd candidate, 3rd examiner to interrupt examination & ask questions)
Course is imp. To understand tests (especially orthopedic tests) & see chr. Pts (not neccessairly same pts in exam)
Books: modified Scheme notes & clinical Q&A notes (must) (download below)
